Wadi Yemm Location
Wadi Yemm is the opening precinct of Modon’s Ras El Hekma on Egypt’s North Coast, at Km 220 of the International Coastal Road (Alexandria–Marsa Matrouh), with access also via the New Fouka Road.
Ras El Hekma lies about 200 km west of Alexandria and stretches along 44 km of Mediterranean coastline. From Wadi Yemm the drive takes around 2 hours from Alexandria and about 3 hours from Cairo, and neighbouring resorts include Naia Bay and El Masyaf.
Within Wadi Yemm, Yemm Views sits on one of the highest points, Marina Waterfront Residences on the western waterfront, Wadi East on the eastern side and Yemm Boulevard along the central lifestyle spine. Modon’s masterplan for Ras El Hekma also includes an international marina, golf courses, hotels and a planned new international airport south of the city.
