Yemm Boulevard sits inside Wadi Yemm, the first precinct of Modon’s Ras El Hekma on Egypt’s North Coast, along the precinct’s central pedestrian boulevard where cafés, dining and everyday services come together, with a clear route through Wadi Yemm to the waterfront.
Ras El Hekma lies on the International Coastal Road (Alexandria–Marsa Matrouh), about 200 km west of Alexandria. The drive takes around 2 hours from Alexandria and about 3 hours from Cairo.
The New Fouka Road and the Dabaa Road add more ways in from Cairo, New Alamein City and Sidi Abdel Rahman are among the nearest North Coast destinations, and neighbouring resorts include Naia Bay and El Masyaf.
Ras El Hekma stretches along 44 km of Mediterranean coastline. Modon’s masterplan includes an international marina, golf courses, hotels and a planned new international airport south of the city.
