Wadi Yemm is the first of the 17 precincts of Ras El Hekma, the new Mediterranean city that Modon is developing on Egypt’s North Coast at Km 220 of the International Coastal Road (Alexandria–Marsa Matrouh). Spread over about 9 square kilometres, with around 45% of its land kept as landscaped green spaces and water features, Wadi Yemm is planned as a complete coastal community of beaches, pedestrian boulevards, waterfront pools, golf and hospitality, about 2 hours from Alexandria and 3 hours from Cairo.
Inside Wadi Yemm, Modon releases several collections, each with its own character: Yemm Views with 71 standalone hilltop villas from about 420 sqm, Marina Waterfront Residences with apartments, duplexes and waterfront townhouses from about 82 sqm, Wadi East with garden townhouses and villas from about 248 sqm among lagoons, and Yemm Boulevard with 1 to 3-bedroom apartments from about 93 sqm along the precinct’s lifestyle spine.
Together they cover apartments, duplexes, townhouses and standalone villas in Mediterranean-inspired designs.
