Creeks Alexandria is offered with a down payment starting from 5% and instalments of up to 8 years. The plan length differs between apartments, family houses and villas, and some releases add a second payment of 10% three months after booking.

- Family houses: about 240–320 sqm
- Townhouses: from about 205 sqm built-up area on about 245 sqm of land
- Twin houses: from about 230 sqm built-up area on about 270 sqm of land
- Standalone villas: about 228–352 sqm built-up area depending on the model (e.g. about 270 sqm on 360 sqm of land, or about 335 sqm on 424 sqm of land)
- Signature villa: about 597 sqm built-up area on about 700 sqm of land
