Wadi East sits on the eastern side of Wadi Yemm, the first precinct of Modon’s Ras El Hekma on Egypt’s North Coast, set back from the seafront row for a quieter, low-density setting near the city’s planned central business district.
Ras El Hekma lies on the International Coastal Road (Alexandria–Marsa Matrouh), about 200 km west of Alexandria and 70 km east of Marsa Matrouh. The drive takes around 2 hours from Alexandria and about 3 hours from Cairo.
New Alamein City is about 45 minutes away and Alamein International Airport roughly 40 minutes, with Borg El Arab Airport around an hour and a half by road. The New Fouka Road and the Wadi El Natrun–El Alamein Road add more ways in.
Ras El Hekma stretches along 44 km of Mediterranean coastline. Modon’s masterplan includes an international marina, golf courses, an equestrian centre, hotels and a business district, all within reach of Wadi East.
